Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Schinousa sea vegetable thyroid formula

  • 1 scoop Schinoussa vegan protein

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tbs ginger

  • 1 tsp olive oil (Just because!!)

  • 2 cups filtered water, or desired consistency
