Nafsika Inc. is a conscious company offering innovations for your well-being. Nafsika’s Garden is the new “cheese” in town that is hitting mainstream markets and our TV series, Plant-Based by Nafsika is the first vegan lifestyle series on mainstream television (A&E Network). At Nafsika Inc., we’re making #vegan mainstream.

When our founder, Nafsika Antypas produced her own TV show, Plant-Based by Nafsika to help more people go vegan, she decided to also give them a really good vegan cheese to help with their transition. Nafsika’s Garden quickly expanded across Canada in 2019, then to the US in 2020 and is now in 12 countries worldwide.
